We begin each project with an onsite consultation. We charge a fixed amount for the consultation and in exchange you receive a design plan, with imagery and inspiration based on the concepts we discussed. Once the design is approved, we provide a financial proposal outlining our costs. Everything is line-item, including our hourly rate, for vendor management, design, onsite styling, and strike. We have a minimum stop time and internal rentals. Additional items such as floral, rental items, food, and beverage are on separate lines. If you decide to move forward with us, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date that will apply to your final proposal.
